All XPin products are warrantied for 2 years against manufacturing defects. XPin cannot be held responsible for damage to your machine as a result of our products unless it has been determined that a manufacturing defect existing on the XPin product is responsible for the damage. Our products have been tested on many, but not every machine represented on these pages. The assumption is made that your game reflects the design documentation available in the original game manuals and technical documents. You are responsible to make sure your machine is in working order and reflects them before installing our products. We gladly accept returns on our products if they are defective, but any damage to our products as a result of an improperly wired or malfunctioning machine will not be eligible for a refund. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase if requested by XPin. ONLY products purchased directly from XPin or an XPin authorized reseller are covered under our warranty. Items purchased from non-authorized resellers do not have any warranty.
XPin tech support will gladly try to assist you in a problem you are having with your machine before you decide to try our products. If you’re having trouble with a product after purchase, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help work through the issues or replace the product if warranted.
XPin offers a 30 day return policy on all products from the date of delivery purchased directly from XPin. If a customer decides to return a product within the 30 day window they may contact XPin stating the reason for return. Shipping will be at the sole expense of the customer and there will be a 5% restocking fee assessed. No returns are allowed after 30 days except for warrantied items. Refunds for returns will be processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection of the product. Resellers may carry different return policies than Xpin.

PLEASE NOTE: If you read our support and warranty policy here (https://xpinpinball.com/support/) you can see that the Xpin warranty is only honored if purchased directly from us or from an authorized reseller. Our authorized resellers can be found here (https://xpinpinball.com/resellers/). Unfortunately, we have found lots of people reselling Xpin products who are not authorized and it’s creating some headaches for customers and for us. Authorized resellers have guidelines and quality control measures they must adhere to when they sign up. There are others out there trying to sell Xpin products and we cannot control what they are doing to the products. Some have been known to strip parts off of them, sell them as-is, then not do anything about it when the customer complains. We try to help the end customer whenever we can but is hard for us to warranty a product when it’s out of our chain of control. We just want people to be careful as to where they are buying our products so they don’t get into a situation where it’s not covered under our warranty. If you ever have a question about who is selling the product, check our reseller page. If they are not on there, it is likely not under warranty. We do have some cases of past resellers who are not currently resellers where that warranty would most likely be honored but it would be best to contact us first before making your purchase.
